Disappointing

Liked: employees were nice to us.
Disliked: Didn't like the service of the app booking.. and had to pay in front another reservation cuz you guys couldn't find my reservation that I paid . And took too long to get my refund back.No water in the room, you guys didn't clean the room and you charged me for parking.Restroom door was soo heavy and noisy. And the shower was dirty.

Beautiful & new- but overpriced...

Liked: I stayed because I know it is very new. Honestly, it is priced too high & in a month, it already looks a little un-kept. I will not stay again, for the price.
Disliked: Not sure my room was vacuumed or cleaned very well.
