Liked: The Oceanview was wonderful. The breakfast was great! The Valet car service was the best, and friendly staff.
Disliked: The patio window didn't have a screen.

Liked: Loved the location for the most part the cleaning staff, servers, and valet were kind and professional.
Disliked: Check out and check in was awkward. Seemed like I was inconveniencing the staff at each occurrence. During check out it wasn’t busy as I wanted to get an early start; no one else was in the lobby. I wasn’t offered a folio or even to have my key taken. Later that evening I noticed I was double charged for my week stay ( I already paid in full,) $1500+ each charge. I called to have Hilton fix it and the front desk staff said the person who checked me out just mixed up the cards… ??? Again it was already paid. I understand mistakes happen however, the staff was more empathetic to other staffs error… that person barely said two words to me during check out. It would have taken him one minute to avoid this error. I held for 10 mins while they corrected it then they rushed me off the phone stating the a refund receipt would be emailed. Again without confirming my email address… I’ll have to wait 3-5 days per Hilton for the charge to reverse however I think I’ll look for another hotel next trip.

Liked: Staff was great! Valet was helpful! Pool looked nice! Restaurant was great! Breakfast was good!
Disliked: I used to come here a lot between 3-5 years ago. Room was disappointingly small- painting look cheap, uncomfortable beds, lots of sand on floor when we got there, old utilities like fridge and microwave, small porch, small pool area with no ability to sit since it was full. Third floor outside seating was less than glamorous- rusty stained floors, old lounge chair cushions and no couches like it used to have. The hotel looks like it’s aged and not kept up. Use to get seating on the beach for free if you came at a certain time and now it’s ridiculously over priced- $125 for a cabana is ridiculous! Also, the elevators are rickity and seem like they need to be updated.
