Liked: I liked absolutely nothing. It was total rip off.
Disliked: Paid 1 night $750 for beach front view suite.Room not ready at 4:00check in. sold out hotel on the beach with a wedding booked, and only one elevator working and the next day it still wasn’t working, and the lines were unbelievable. Every time the elevator door opened it was packed. Everyone was using the stairs carrying their luggage and children. Got up to the room finally & opened the curtains so my wife could check out the view and saw nothing but chairs stacked up lounge, chairs, stacked up cushions, stacked up and umbrellas stacked up. She saw nothing but storage instead. She complained and was told that they booked a wedding & that’s why we have no view because the entire hotels’ sun deck furniture & cushions & umbrellas were piled up in front of my balcony to make room for the wedding they’re having on the sun deck,but that’s only until tomorrow. Guess what ? That’s when I’m leaving.

Liked: Loved the big bathroom ie shower, the resteraunt, the staff was friendly and location
Disliked: The elevator was always out of service, the room temperature was too cold or hot and we couldn't adjust it, the kitchenett was too small, the pool was very dirty and we needed more or larger trash cans. The suite and pool were backward. Upon entering the room with an ocean front there should be a pull out couch and desk first versus the king bed on the street side. The outside pool should be on the ocean side

Liked: The location was fantastic, the boardwalk is located a few steps out of the rear doors and Atlantic Ave with restaurants and shops directly across the street out front. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Cleanliness, there were always staff members cleaning somewhere and our room was great. Beds are comfortable and the ocean view from the 11th floor spectacular. On top all this we were able to bring our Papillion with us, so he got a vacation too. Would definitely book again!!!
Disliked: Having stayed up and down Atlantic over the last 16yrs, I found it a little pricey. Also, and this isn’t just this hotel, but this valet/offsite parking they’re all going to sucks! Finally, I had planned to leave a tip for both our housekeeper and the two guys who got our car consistently, however what I didn’t like was a gentleman I hardly ever saw (twice in 7 days) tell/ask me if I was going to take care of the guys. I read other comments that this happened to others as well, they need to control him and make him stop cornering people. Hopefully management reads these and will act accordingly. But that was my only negative experience so not too bad for a week long stay.

Disliked: Tons of bugs in pool day 1. Day 2 I didn't go, day 3 and 4, weird bubbly foamy looking water. I was grossed out and only got in on day 1 until I noticed the bugs then got out.

Liked: The lobby area and the valet service
Disliked: Rooms chairs were very uncomfortable. Bed linen had stains on them. Rooms coffee was never replaced, no shampoo dispenser was empty the entire time, didn't replace soaps and creams in bathroom. Cleaning staff were very inefficient.
