Liked: Staff was great! Valet was helpful! Pool looked nice! Restaurant was great! Breakfast was good!
Disliked: I used to come here a lot between 3-5 years ago. Room was disappointingly small- painting look cheap, uncomfortable beds, lots of sand on floor when we got there, old utilities like fridge and microwave, small porch, small pool area with no ability to sit since it was full. Third floor outside seating was less than glamorous- rusty stained floors, old lounge chair cushions and no couches like it used to have. The hotel looks like it’s aged and not kept up. Use to get seating on the beach for free if you came at a certain time and now it’s ridiculously over priced- $125 for a cabana is ridiculous! Also, the elevators are rickity and seem like they need to be updated.

Liked: The room was clean and of a good size, the bed was comfortable. The view was great.
Disliked: We arrived early, and did not expect a room to be ready. However, the staff said they would notify us when the room was available. They did not. We came back to check about an hour before check in, and they acted like they'd never seen us before. Also, they had only one working elevator and we saw no one working on the out of order one. There were long waits to get on the elevator as the hotel appeared to be full. Oddly enough, we had stayed there 5 years ago and the elevator didn't work then either. I won't go back there, they just don't seem to care. There are too many other hotels to choose from.
