Booking.com is terrible

Liked: All good and great breakfast
Disliked: There was NO record of my reservation thru Booking.com. I had to book my room right in front of the hotel receptionist. Very unprofessional of Booking.com. I would NEVER book thru that site EVER again. D. Hall
