Not what I had hoped...

Liked: I like the location & the hotel itself for most part
Disliked: I did a pay @ property 3rd party booking & was told via phone call that I could upgrade when got to property then when checking I was told I couldn’t then I asked again @ check out & was told yes that can be done. To many employees @ this location don’t know or weren’t taught how to properly do thier jobs. Then we found left fries in the microwave ( not ours ) Then the large ( heavy ) metal hook on back of bathroom door came flying off when I took my close off & it almost hit my grandsons bare toes. That needs to be secured. Dogs barking in hall way @ almost midnight.

Liked: Nice location and spacious room
Disliked: When I booking the room under King suite one bedroom with a sofa bed. It would have been nice to have a sofa bed. Not a hospital like couch. That was very disappointing and kind of misleading.
