Comfortable but very unorganized staff...

Liked: The pool was small but nice. Breakfast was good but you had to pay and it was expensive. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: It took over 5 minutes for the check in person to find my reservation. Then they gave me a key to an occupied room. There were 4 families at the desk complaining they were assigned the wrong room. There were spiders and bug in the pool area. It was incredibly expensive for what you get. I would not recommend.

Liked: We booked the hotel because of the proximity to the expo center. The location was excellent.
Disliked: The hotel was dirty and smelly. The hallways smelled on the third floor (the only floor we visited). There was a bag of garbage on the floor of the hallway that was there from the time we arrived at the hotel until the next day. Our room smelled. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was hair in the bathtub and what looked like boogers on the side of the tub.

Liked: Staff was very friendly!
Disliked: The room smelled horrible, like a sweaty gym. I question whether the sheets were changed being they were wrinkled. I convinced myself it's because they weren't folded while warm. And, the reason we selected this hotel was for the pool. Sadly, it was closed.

Liked: The rooms were clean and front desk staff were very nice.
Disliked: For the amount of money paid to stay one night, a free continental breakfast is not too much to ask.
