Booking cancelled at last minute...

Liked: Having received confirmation and paid for the room in advance, the hotel sent me a cancellation notification two hours before check in. I phoned the hotel and they said there was no booking in my name and to refer back to booking.com Booking.com have not responded - my credit card was charged and no accommodation was provided
