All 104 rooms feature free Wi-Fi microwaves refrigerators mp3 alarm clocks premium cable channels desks granite vanities and blackout curtains. An on-site restaurant serves breakfast and dinner or you can grill on the barbecue while the kids hit the outdoor pool and hot tub. Stock up on snacks in the 24-hour convenience store and burn the midnight oil in the business center. Blow off steam in the updated gym. Parking is free. Just off Routes 64 and 169 in South Tulsa the Hilton Garden Inn is in the Broken Arrow district just one mile from Southcrest Hospital and a mile-and-a-half from St. Francis Hospital South. You're two-and-a-half miles from Woodland Hills Mall and the vibrant shopping and dining corridor along 71st Street. Head 20 minutes into downtown to check out the Philbrook Museum of Art get your feet wet at Big Splash Waterpark shop the boutiques on Cherry Street or take an Art Deco tour. The Oklahoma Aquarium is seven miles west of the hotel. Tulsa International Airport is 13 miles north.

Liked: Super cold A/C was nice. Very spacious room, quiet too. Check in desk was friendly and helpful. Amenities are all up to date etc.
Disliked: Hot tub was empty!

A friendly disappointment

Liked: I liked the staff. The staff has been amazing.
Disliked: I didnt like that I booked through booking.com for a suite and got a room, which the staff did fix for me. I didnt like that booking.com has this place listed with free breakfast, only to find put in the morning that no, breakfast is $10 per person. I didnt like that there is significant and obvious damage on every wall in the room. I didnt like that the jacuzzi wasnt working and was one of the 3 reasons I booked here. My 3 reasons were 1) for a suite rather than room, 2) free breakfast 3) jacuzzi. So none of my 3 reasons for booking were initially met, and the one reason 1 was, was because they have great staff. This building needs some money invested from the owners. The rooms are pretty worn down, more than what staff can just clean away. These rooms are very pricey in comparison to other rooms around it and yet the owners dont bother with real updates and maintenance. I suggest lowering prices to meet where your standard really is, or invest in your business to keep rates what they are without constant loss of business. I will never book through booking.com again due to all their mess ups. And I likely wont ever stay here again because I can get a room for $69-$80/night down the road that's just as ran down and feeds me in the morning.

We probably wouldn?t stay here...

Liked: The beds were comfortable to sleep in but that?s about it.
Disliked: We found a half eaten cookie under our chair and it wasn?t from us. Our room didn?t get cleaned during our stay and when I asked the housekeeper if they had already cleaned it she said yes. We had no new towels and our old towels were still on the floor in the pile I left them. The trash wasn?t taken out. The pool was as green as the grass on the ground. The hot tub was out of service as well.

Disliked: It is time to buy a new mirror refresh the painting, clean the carpet,.. it didn't really reflect the name "Hilton "

We experienced a wonderful stay...

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic! Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Applies to room 131- lid on stool needs to be tigthen and/or replaced.
