Bad service, old broken beds...

Liked: Location
Disliked: I've stayed there twice now. 1st time the mattress had to be at least 30 yrs old. Barely slept at all. Last, most previous trip, the bed squeeked every time I moved and AC wouldn't keep up to setting. Plus when arrived at airport tried calling front desk several times no one ever picked up. The other gentleman that road in the shuttle with me said the same thing. When I got to the hotel I had to holler to get someone to come to the counter. I told her about no one answering and she said the phone never rang.

I will not be staying...

Liked: Location to the airport
Disliked: The property/ room was very dirty and unkept. Our bathroom shower/tub did not drain water. We were all salon 8-10 inches of water. And because it didn’t drain it was extremely slippery . There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom as well.

I will stay there again.

Liked: Handicap shower was nice.
Disliked: There were no USB ports anywhere to charge a cell phone!!!!!!!!

Good

Liked: This is the ONLY hotel to charge me a fee for my ESA. I have NEVER had to pay a fee in the past so it was extremely disappointing.
Disliked: That I had to pay a fee for my ESA.

Superb

Liked: Clean and friendly staff
Disliked: Had someone smoking in a room close to ours and staff warned them but it continued.
