Liked: I love this hotel. Very clean, VERY comfortable.
Disliked: I didn't like that there were 7 teen boys throwing a football from one side of the lazy river to the other and being rowdy. Since there were at least 10 parents out by the pool and they didn't find it problematic, I decided not to make a big deal about it. Also, I was told upon checkout that someone had charged dinner and drinks to my room and had to leave before the manager would arrive. Neither one of these things had ever happened before when I stayed there.The charges to my room were figured out, and I didn't have to pay for them. It was kind of a bummer.

It was a clean, comfortable,...

Liked: Staff was fantastic. The lazy river at the pool is a great amenity. The facility was clean and inviting and current.
Disliked: Breakfast was not included.

I'll return for the staff!

Liked: The highlight of the stay was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A couple went above and beyond.
Disliked: The 'accessible' room was dark. The lighting was insufficient to see much unless the windows were unshaded.
