Liked: Beautiful Hotel. Excellent location, as I was heading towards Vermont. Just the right amount of driving in one day from Toronto.
Disliked: I wished there was a restaurant with the hotel instead of a bar.

Connection problems....

Liked: Location, overall, property well maintained, good breakfast for the price charged.
Disliked: The mattress and bed sheets were clearly showing signs of wearing out, including parts of my room's carpet, noisy toilet when flushing and also the seat and toilet cover. The room had some funny smell, probably coming from the carpet. Also, no safe available. Water dripping from the ac unit from the room above and making noise. I tried to call the front desk a couple times to ask few questions about the property amenities, bfast time, things I expected the FD (Mr Dale) let me know at the time of my arrival, but I decided to call later from my room, since he gave me the impression that he was too busy and trying to manage many things at same time, at the moment of my check-in, he replied "good evening, how are you?" without moving his eyes from the PC monitor or looking me straight in the eyes...honestly, I didn't feel that warm "welcome" so characteristic from HILTON, these simple, but very important things when you arrive from a long trip makes a HUGE difference. Talking to a guest while you look at the monitor and after I asked for his attention, makes you feel that " it's just a number" feeling right away. Not good even for a hospital, but totally terrible for the hospitality business ! The impression that you are checking-in on a cheap road motel. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing.Funny was when I called from my room for a few questions. The call was dropped twice, I believe it was a bad connection on the phone, in my room., Mr Dale took my calls, and sounded too busy (again), not realizing or mentioning our connection problem - so I had to explain that , since he sounded a little annoyed from my consecutive calls. I was probably interrupting some other important thing he was doing. That reaffirmed my first impression, he didn't ask me for the reason, and didn't or apologized for the problem . Of course, I could be wrong, but this is not the case.
