It was a very comfortable...

Liked: The room was very clean and spacious. I really liked the daily housecleaning option. The location was very convenient and closer to the Ridgeway Plaza. The staff was courteous and quick to respond to requests.
Disliked: There was a fee for a water refill. Water bottles should be provided free of charge daily.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff; convenient access to QEW.
Disliked: Price/Goods too high for a glorified roadside motel.

Liked: The facility is very new and useful. The staff is very kindly. Recommend!

Super staff

Liked: We arrived at bit early for check in time. The staff made arrangements for us without extra charges. Thank you as we were going to a funeral and it was appreciated to get early access to our room to change our clothes after traveling.

Bad

Liked: It was a very average property. The one near Toronto Pearson airport is much better and cleaner.
Disliked: The lightning in the room was very bad. There was no iron in the room. There was no weighing scale even though I called and asked the reception. The quality of breakfast was very average.

The stay was mediocre, not...

Liked: Good location and the hotel itself was clean. Breakfast food was of good quality.
Disliked: The shower was labeled incorrectly so when I tried to turn on cold water it was actually hot and burnt my foot. At breakfast, I had to sift through multiple dirty glasses and plates to find a clean one. When we arrived and when we left there were no luggage carts available. When we were struggling to carry everything in, the front desk attendant was laughing and saying sorry.
