Disliked: Beds were very uncomfortable. The fan in the bedroom didn’t work.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The facilities were a bit outdated. The bathroom door looked very institutional, like a hospital room. The elevator acted up and would return to ground each time it reached the first floor selected.

Liked: Rooms were nice
Disliked: Young group in the pool area unsupervised, throwing a ball, which hit us while in the hot tub and staff didn’t take seriously. They did compensate us the next day for the trouble.

Liked: the bedroom was clean
Disliked: The amenities are very old. The mattress was horrible, with a "hole" on both sides. The hotel have virtually no bar. I arrived on a friday night, and restaurant and bar were closed!

Decent hotel - good subway...

Liked: The location is good, right at the top of the #1 subway line. Decent hotel to use as a hub to come and go
Disliked: The outside grounds need attention, continental breakfast would have been nice. There was never anyone in the restaurant and at 19.99/pp for the breakfast buffet, I can see why.

No Hot Water, No Accommodation...

Liked: The location is convenient.
Disliked: For our entire stay, they had a hot water tank issue and we had no hot water at all. I asked to be reimbursed for this extreme inconvenience and was ignored. I called multiple times and was ignored but once to be told 30 min to ne fixed and it was never fixed. Not impressed as I had kids with me.
