Disliked: We booked via booking.com and requested a room with two double beds. We didn't get two double beds when we arrived at the hotel. We got a double and a pull out.

Good location for the subway...

Liked: Comfortable bed and good layout of rooms
Disliked: Air conditioning HVAC over the entrance were noisy and on all night with the hot temps.

Terrible. Left hotel to book...

Disliked: It was awful. When I checked in at the front desk there were numerous flies landing on the computer monitors and buzzing in front of mine and the associates' faces. When I entered the room it had a terrible odor. I requested to see other rooms and they all had the same issue. I was told that if I kept my door open and the room fan on that the scent should dissipate. I can't believe this was the solution offered to me. Am I supposed to leave the hotel door open when I sleep too? Nonsense. I told them that I can't stay in this environment, but they would not refund my money, and I was charged for the first nights booking even though I showed up. I left the hotel and was completely disgusted with the room and service.
