Decent hotel - good subway...

Liked: The location is good, right at the top of the #1 subway line. Decent hotel to use as a hub to come and go
Disliked: The outside grounds need attention, continental breakfast would have been nice. There was never anyone in the restaurant and at 19.99/pp for the breakfast buffet, I can see why.

No Hot Water, No Accommodation...

Liked: The location is convenient.
Disliked: For our entire stay, they had a hot water tank issue and we had no hot water at all. I asked to be reimbursed for this extreme inconvenience and was ignored. I called multiple times and was ignored but once to be told 30 min to ne fixed and it was never fixed. Not impressed as I had kids with me.

Not good. And no one...

Disliked: First room offered upon checkin smelled like and ash tray and was told by Front Counter Staff there was nothing that could be done. Engaged the shift manager and was provided alternate room. In the next room offered was clean however shower was broken - tub nozzle shot off due to water pressure cut my leg. TV didnt work, AC Unit Broken, bed broken. Fridge made screaming noise 24/7. No one sent to fix for approx 24hrs. I've travelled all over the world and this experince was poor at best. I asked to be compensated for my trouble and was told flat out "No". Will not stay here or recommend this location. Contact me directly to discuss in more detail and rectify.

Hotel was fine hot tub...

Disliked: The hot tub must of had chemical issues during our stay. It dyed my $200 pink one piece swim suit dark purple and spotchy all over. Also it gave my 5 year old very bad eczema on her hands. Very upset about this.
