Safety failure ruined what should...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: We were shocked to find glass in the carpet of our room. My wife stepped on it and started bleeding badly. I had to treat her injury myself in the middle of the night. The manager did come and speak to us the next day, but all we got was a simple “sorry” — no compensation or proper resolution. This should never happen in any hotel. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing. Safety needs to be taken seriously!
