Could have been much better.

Liked: I enjoyed the use of the EV charging during my stay.
Disliked: I would have rated the hotel highly but for the issue we had with a very noisy air conditioner. It made it hard for myself and my daughter to sleep at night. We did text this during our stay but never received any feedback regarding the issue.

Enjoyable and friendly staff

Liked: The staff were excellent especially Baseem and Manpreet went out of their way to ensure we were well looked after!
Disliked: No airport shuttle or porterage service to help if needed

Disliked: Breakfast staff racially profiled us. Even after providing their “breakfast coupon” they asked me twice for the same coupon again but I had to tell them that I had already given them my coupon! The lamp in the rooms are too close to the chair. My father sat down and hit his head since the lamp was touching it. Not a big deal but should be taken care of. There is no water in the rooms or even a filling station on each floor. Only one in the lobby. Why ?

Convenient for our stay in...

Liked: Clean and the staff was attentive to our needs.
Disliked: There was a problem with the Air Conditioning in our room, but the staff immediately found another room for us to switch into. So not happy about the AC failure but it is not a big issue as the staff was able to move us.

Liked: Clean and well maintained

Would definitely recommend.

Liked: Easy access near highways. Early check-in was very much appreciated. Recent renovated facilities, room cleanliness, staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Location is far from shopping and other restaurants and requires car or taxi.
