Liked: Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Hotel overall was very clean,modern and the pool and fitness room were also well kept and large. the rooms were very clean and the bathroom and shower were well equipped with shampoo and body lotion and soaps. Towels were very clean and plenty.
Disliked: 1) the coffee maschine did not work.Besides that, I prefer a hot water kettle since I do not drink coffee, only tea ( which a lot of people prefer), and a hot water kettle would have been more practical to prepare either tea or instant coffee.2) there was no water bottle in the room, which was very unusual as every hotel I went till now, always offers 2 water bottle per room complementary.I mean, how can one prepare coffee or tea without water???3) I really did not like that there was no room service. When we came back from our day out, the bed was not made the towels were still wet and lying on the floor and the cups for water were also not replenished.So, this was a big let down, as we have never experienced something like that in other hotels, all over the world. And we travel a lot.4) the lack of an included breakfast was a real let down.They could have give an option of giving a room either with or without breakfast.besides, there was really not much we could have eaten since everything was non-veg. More and more people from all over the world adapt either a vegan, vegetarian or plant based diet and there should have been something like that available. Most the breakfast dishes were eggs or egg based or meat based.As a vegetarian family we would have liked to start our day with some toast, and cheese or cream cheese items or other non meat items5)We went hungry in the morning since we had to leave for a weekend convention at 6:30.Those hotels which offer a breakfast included, had alwasy something available and some, even give out breakfast parcels, if one orders them the night before.so, no tea, since the coffee maschine did not work and no hot water kettle nor any water and no breakfast either.Yes, they offered breakfast but one had to pay extra for it. but why bother if there was almost no veg item available.6) we still didnt get our 300$ deposit back, which other hotels refund at the time of check out. Very disappointing.

Disliked: we turn on tv and accidentally it got charged us additional $37 for channel that we did not even watch right away we turn the tv off and checked with receptionist they said you will be only charged if there’s watch time like for 30 seconds they charged me $37

Liked: Breakfast was standard buffet and room was clean
Disliked: Staff at check was not welcoming and I did not appreciate the fact that the restaurent was closed on week end!!!
