Liked: The dining staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The room was dirty (liquids spilled on walls and left, fabric on couch and ottoman were stained and torn. Hotel advertised room service, but could only be ordered "to-go".

Disliked: Deposit for room that I never received back and the location was a bit out of the way

It was lovely.

Liked: The property is in excellent condition. I thought it was a newer hotel but learned it over 15 years old. It also has a good restaurant in the hotel. Also a pool and fitness center.

Disliked: The rooms were very dark and dated. The room was very expensive for it being so dated. The other complaint that I have is that breakfast was not complimentary. I assumed that it was when I booked and was disappointed that it was not for the price that I paid for the rooms. We were traveling and wanted to eat quickly and get back on the road. It is inconvenient that it was not included when most hotels do include it.
