It was an excellent stay...
Liked: I didn’t have breakfast , just coffee and it was enjoyable to have a nice hot cup of coffee.
Disliked: My stay was excellent , nice clean roomand the entire staff /service was great ! I look forward to next stay ! Thank you all for your service !

Liked: The staff were very kind and friendly. We had our little toy poodle with us ans they all loved him. We were there for a wedding and everything went great.

One of the best in...
Liked: The room was much larger than expected. Property photos are usually shot with wide-angle lenses, leading you to believe that the rooms are much larger than they are in real life, but this was not the case. Nice closet space, in-room refrigerator is a huge plus, and the best of all, the bathroom was so big I feel like you could sleep in it
Disliked: Our room was on the first floor, right next to the street. Even in the relatively quiet town of Temecula, a car drove by every 30 seconds after midnight, making it hard to fall asleep.

Nice hotel. Clean. Breakfast should...
Liked: Breakfast was not included in the room rate, and we didn’t try.Location gave easy access to the wine countryPool was very pleasant. Parking was safe and convenient. Maids all said good morning
Disliked: My daughter had two consecutive two day reservations ( booking .com ). She called to cancel the second reservation, and the hotel cancelled the first instead. This led to MUCH aggraviation and NO ROOM on a May Saturday. We had to pay an exorbitant $300 at another hotel. Her name is Jade Margolis. 650-918-2799. I believe it was Crystal who made the error. UNACCEPTABLE!
