Exceptional

Liked: Friendly and informative desk staff. Told us about free streetcar ride to take us to the port for our cruise. She even offered to assist bringing our luggage down when power went out and rendered the elevator useless.
Disliked: What's not to like.

Great location, friendly staff.

Liked: The staff were professional and friendly.
Disliked: The facilities/ rooms can be upgraded.. The rooms were clean however, the carpet is a little dated, and so was the shower. Still a great place to stay!

Disliked: 400 for a room was beyond me. They’re not modern, nothing special about our stay.

Liked: It was clean and convenient to restaurants to walk to and close to the port to get on the boat.
Disliked: The walls were extremely thin. We were awaking by the person next door to us snoring and would not stop even when we knocked on their door. The front desk called and they never woke up. The front desk moved us in the middle of the night to the front of the building and the traffic was heard in our room. The air would wake us up every time it came on. It was not a pleasant or restful stay.
