Nice hotel but you won't get sleep, therefore I won't stay there again

Liked: Close to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel.
Disliked: If front desk could have asked or a sign in hallway and by elevator after 11pm to use quiet voice. But still at 2:19am, people still VERY LOUD at elevator and area to hallway. I asked staff, but they said they were at full capacity. Which didn't apply to my request at all. So $1k to get NO SLEEP. Not happy.

For the price of the room over $260 a night I expect more to do, friendly atmosphere & complimentary breakfast or at
