Liked: It was close to the airport.
Disliked: Staff was rude. I waited 2.5 hours for the shuttle that drove past me twice. I had to take a Uber. The staff told me at booking that I could stay on the top floor. When I arrived they denied that I booked the top floor. I have emails from the hotel confirming the top floor. Yet there was no top floor available to me. I think the front desk person wasn’t being honest. I should get a refund for my Uber ride! My room was paid for in full, it should’ve been reserved.

Disliked: Nice atmosphere poolside, despite the cloudiness. Guests were friendly. Guest services were helpful & professional.
