Everyone was very friendly; got checked in right away; reasonable price; close to the Tacoma Dome and downtown; good breakfast. Overall great experience!

Liked: The staff was very patient with our group. We booked 5 rooms and to a person everyone enjoyed their stay.
Disliked: No pool but we didn’t miss it.

It’s was good. May come...

Liked: I really enjoyed the hotel & how close it is to the Tacoma Dome & how close it’s to the pier.
Disliked: I liked it when breakfast was included with the stay& it wasn’t paid for but I guess because it’s now the Hilton it is now a pay for breakfast and lunch event

Very good place to stay...

Liked: I liked the comfortable bed and linens, good (not great) towels. Room size fine. In room fridge nice and cold. Although in an industrial type area the location was safe, convenient and next to Seven Seas Brewery and Camp Colvos Brewery which is a definite plus. It's also near the downtown museums and university campus. We had a great view of Mt Rainier from our room. A few years ago we stayed at The Hotel Murano a 4 star place. I'd rather stay here although I did really enjoy the numerous pieces of artwork at Hotel Murano.
Disliked: There's not much to not like except when it was the Holiday Inn Express there was a complimentary breakfast. Now there's a restaurant and bar area so that makes up for the change. All in all I'll stay there again
