Hilton Garden Inn Tacoma Downtown

Everyone was very friendly; got checked in right away; reasonable price; close to the Tacoma Dome and downtown; good breakfast. Overall great experience!

Liked: Victoria was not a person I would put in my FRONT Lobby. Very unhappy person I felt like everytime I asked a question She was going to come over the counter.
Disliked: Front Desk Person needs to be friendly and cheerful NOT upset with customers for asking questions

Liked: Overall, I enjoyed my stay except for the fact that I could hear the people upstairs walking around. It was pretty loud in the middle of the night so it took some time to adjust to.

Liked: Great location. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful waitstaff. Room was well-furnished, and when I booked the room I wasn't aware of the food and snack choices available for purchase were in the entryway!
Disliked: The weather. I didn't even think of bringing an umbrella. Please dial it back on the rain for my next visit.
