Disliked: We booked our room with booking.com.When we got to the hotel we had our booking confirmation and our credit card receipt where the Hilton charged us immediately. The person that checked us in could not find our reservations so he claimed he had to go to the back and research after we had given him all our booking information. He left us standing at the front desk for 45 minutes!!

Liked: Staff was exceptional. Room was clean but small, especially for the price. Food at the restaurant was better than expected. Most hotels dont have food selections that are so delicious
Disliked: The room was small, especially for the amount we were charged. It could definately be larger. An indoor pool wouldve been nice as well. It was too cold to enjoy the pool
