Liked: Overall cleanliness and staff customer service

Great place to stay!

Liked: The hotel was quiet, clean, and located near food shopping and other amenities. The staff was welcoming. I would certainly return this property is what I've come to expect from thr Hilton brand.
Disliked: The restaurant served a salmon that tasted bad. I don't think it was. I think it was the preparation. I'm very disappointed, but that was minimal. It was super cold in the conference centers, ballroom which is much better than the alternative of being too hot.

Liked: The location was fine, close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: First night there the staff was trying to break into a locked room across the hall from my room at 11;30pm, unacceptable. The room was supposed to be serviced every other day, we checked in on Saturday 4/12 and the room was serviced on Monday 4/14 as expected. We left the room on Wednesday 4/16 and were gone until late afternoon, we returned to the room which was not serviced, I called the front desk to ask why and was told the DND tag was on the door (it was not), housekeeping had gone home and it was too late to get the room serviced. The person at the front desk I spoke with was not apologetic but tried to make me feel like I did something wrong. I was able to get more towels, took the trash out myself and retrieved a roll of toilet paper from the front desk. The last days were were there Wednesday 4/16 and Thursday morning 4/17, the thermostat in the room stopped functioning, it displayed a low battery alert, I didn't bother reporting it based on my previous encounter with the staff. Also, the water flow in the bathroom sink was barely half of normal, I have no idea why, but it was annoying.
