Liked: It was clean, smelled great in many areas, staff was friendly and attentive
Disliked: The beds just aren’t very comfortable, the pillows far too flat. We travel with our profoundly autistic son and it was rough that we couldn’t get his favorite show on the tv. Made his time a lot more difficult, but, we can fix this in the future, so not a huge deal. But the beds and the pillows were just so uncomfortable.

Disliked: Our experience started off poorly. The front desk staff did not allow us to use the common areas before check-in, even though we had a wedding to attend early. We asked if we could at least use a restroom to get dressed, and he refused. Essentially asking us to leave until it was time to check in. He was extremely rude and unhelpful.Once we finally checked in, the room was not clean. I found hair in the bed and on the towels. It was honestly disgusting. Very disappointed with both the service and the cleanliness.

Liked: How convenient it was to the hospital. I had family in the hospital for a few days so being able to just hop on over was a blessing.
Disliked: About Our room - it was clean to the average person but I work in the cleaning industry and this was not clean. There were coffee stains in the sink, a woman's hair on the towel, and cobwebs in every corner. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan.About the common areas - too crowded. As soon as you walk in, the "dining area" is visible to everyone walking in or by. There is a small sitting area, then the front desk is off to the side, and a small snack/gift purchase area is straight ahead. To the right is the "Bar"... mind you, this is all open for everyone who walks in, including the hotel guests walking around. Speaking of that, as a guest, I walked through the banquet room hallway to get from one side to the other and twice I felt like I was disturbing their party.This is poorly designed. I would not hold a meeting/party or whatever here, as there is no privacy. The hotel staff was probably the only good thing about this place.
