Hard beds. Small rooms.

Liked: Was aware that parking is across the street but what hassle trying to find the entrance to it. Then had to walk around the parking multi story and down the ramps cars were driving up and down!! Bed was a super king but the hollow pillows were full of air and the mattress was too hard. Shower glass not wide enough as the whole bathroom got soaked. There were big pink stains on the carpet both sides of our bed. The carpets throughout the hall areas and by the lifts was tired, very worn out. Room was smaller than a Premier Inn and nowhere near as comfortable. We were disappointed with it because we thought the name Hilton carried some class but clearly they spent their room budget on the foyer lighting.
Disliked: Read above plus you have to pay extra to park your car at a multi story car park overnight. Premier inn 100 meters away is far better ‼️dirty carpets and tired looking

Lovely family stay

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic, lovely friendly staff, great rooms, very clean, car park easy to find. We had a great stay overall.
Disliked: We weren't able to get a table for dinner, even though we had been advised that we didnt need to book. This was a little dissapointing.

Disliked: Awful location, staff not friendly at all, in fact bordering on rude! Especially at check in.Very basic, stayed at premier inn which was much nicer. £9 per day parking fee which isn’t even next to hotel, it’s across a very busy road! Not secure.Very disappointing stay, we go to Alton Towers every year and will definitely not return here.
