Hilton Garden Inn St. Louis

I asked for a quiet room and was put in an adjoining room. Our view was a dumpster and the A/C rattled all night keeping me awake. The pillows were horrible. Very disappointed.

The room was pleasing to look at and clean. The beds are not comfortable; maid service people were not friendly. The room was noisy due to interstate.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the bar for drinks.
Disliked: Noise from the pool.At least half of the employees I encountered were talking on the phone with ear buds. Once even when they were waiting on me. I expected the breakfast was complimentary and it was not. The toilet in our room had something gooey on the base of it.It seemed like the air conditioner only cooled and didn't dehumidify.

Liked: Very accommodating-called taxi to go to airport when shuttle driver didn’t show up at 4am. Dinner was good.
Disliked: Room was too warm (72) when we arrived at 10:30 pm and took awhile to cool off for comfortable sleeping.
