I asked for a quiet room and was put in an adjoining room. Our view was a dumpster and the A/C rattled all night keeping me awake. The pillows were horrible. Very disappointed.
Liked: Uber.
Disliked: The room.

The room was pleasing to look at and clean. The beds are not comfortable; maid service people were not friendly. The room was noisy due to interstate.

Horrible
Liked: Old property and poorly kept. Rooms didnt have not even plastic glasses, cups, nothing. I had to have tap water using my hands. Not even the coffee maker had disposable cups. Old furniture, all scratched, towels had yellow stains, etc. Staff at the breakfast area was constantly insisting on breakfast payment ($15) and it was included in my rate. Check-in wasnt a good experience either. I couldnt believe that was a Hilton property.

Horrible

Everyone was great and I will always come back and stay.
Liked: I like every about my stay. Only thing I kept asking for was extra pillows and didnt receive them. But other than that my stay was nice.

Liked: I was a little worried about this hotel by some of the reviews. It was a great week honestly. The only thing I didn't like was my room because we upgraded highest price to get a really good room but we wouldve probably done better with two adjoining.
Disliked: Its really close to marta. Hotel will shuttle you there and about 15 miles to drive downtown which is super friendly to park. We loved St Louis.

Park and Fly - NOT FREE!
Liked: We appreciated the early morning free shuttle to the airport. When we landed we had to wait only a few minutes until the shuttle arrived to take us back to the hotel. Car was a little dusty on the outside, but otherwise, just as we left it!
Disliked: Booking.com says the hotel offers free parking. That's why we used this hotel. We have also used this hotel in the past - leaving our car at the hotel during our trip. No charge for leaving our car. Unfortunately the hotel is now charging $10 a day to leave our car there. We did not know that until we received our credit card bill. Nasty surprise. We won't be using this hotel in the future for this reason. The hotel staff made it clear we should have booked the hotel directly with them rather than using Booking.com - they would have told us about the $10/day charge - and we would have picked another hotel.
