Hilton Garden Inn St. Louis

I asked for a quiet room and was put in an adjoining room. Our view was a dumpster and the A/C rattled all night keeping me awake. The pillows were horrible. Very disappointed.

Liked: Uber.
Disliked: The room.

The room was pleasing to look at and clean. The beds are not comfortable; maid service people were not friendly. The room was noisy due to interstate.

Liked: Very accommodating-called taxi to go to airport when shuttle driver didn’t show up at 4am. Dinner was good.
Disliked: Room was too warm (72) when we arrived at 10:30 pm and took awhile to cool off for comfortable sleeping.

Liked: Staff was exceptional. Had an early flight. Taxi late! Desk clerk called shuttle driver in 2 hrs early so made it on time.

Liked: The staff at front desk was very nice as always.
Disliked: What I didn’t like is when I checked in a got in my room 221 there was no hot water so I move to room 250 where there still no hot water. Just very disappointed. I sat a saw the cook fix our food with no gloves and he was touching our food with no gloves on very disappointed.
