Great hotel, but noisy.

Liked: The hotel itself is lovely and staff were super helpful when I had to change my reservations due to weather.My only complaint is the noise level, which is not a fault of the hotel.People in our hallway would use their deadbolt to keep their door open and they were going back and forth to each other's rooms. The doors would literally bounce and several times we could feel our own room shake a little. This started very early in the morning and continued for over an hour which was very disruptive to sleep. Because the floors are laminate and not carpet covered, I think it probably makes them less soundproof.Again, no fault of the hotel, just a review for people to maybe be a bit more considerate of those around you. Otherwise, staff, from reception to house keeping were great, beds were comfy, and room was clean. Great location in the downtown area if that's where you want to be.
