Disliked: We tried to check into our room at 3:20 and was told it was not available because it wasn’t cleaned yet but the manager that was on duty that day gave us an upgraded room and half hour later .There was also a homeless person coming into the hotel in the morning while we were having breakfast, getting coffee and picking up food at the buffet and he smelled awful .

Liked: The staff were great but they were understaffed.
Disliked: Cleanliness, their front desk area has 4 chairs that are literally all broken. I almost fell when I went to sit in one.There were 2 elevators and one was broken for most of our stay which was over a week. We had to wait long times to get on and off the elevator. Also, the elevator was wet with urine and it smelled awful. I told the front desk clerk to which he said he knew and that he had sent housekeeping to clean it. I went in the elevator again about 2 hours later, and the smell of the pee was still there and the floor was still disgusting. I also had to pay a ridiculous parking fee for my rental which I did not feel was appropriate. And the complimentary coffee was often empty. When I asked for one at the bar, I was then charged $4 for it on my final room bill.
