Liked: Connection to The Park Event Center
Disliked: I wished continental breakfast was included. I prefer warmer colors and a more cozy feel versus the aquamarine and sparse decor in the rooms. I found it not aesthetically appealing which surprised me.

Exceptional

Grumpy employees, and lousy sleeping.

Liked: It was clean and conveniently located.
Disliked: VERY noisy! No sound insulation. We could hear every step of the noisy people above us. Sleeping was nearly impossible.

Not coming back

Liked: The location and the possibility to get ice blocks frozen
Disliked: When we arrived we did not have a room even though we booked it months in advance and also had the confirmation. The clerk didnt care about that and said that the mistake was ours or booking.com / we were not in the system. We had to book a new room at a higher rate despite the confirmation. We have stayed at many Hilton Hotels and has never experienced something like this / very disappointing.
