The hotel was very clean and inviting. The location was excellent.

Liked: It was close to Pheasant Run. The room was clean and inviting. The lobby was very nice.
Disliked: Front desk staff were a little brief and snippy.

Liked: Location - near lots of shopping and restaurants but also plenty to do inside like the nice breakfast and pool We ran across the staff several times in our stay and they were all super pleasant.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Advertising free breakfast, but they charged me for a meal. I can see if you did a upgrade then changed but overall got charged. The tv. I had hard time trying to figure out how to watch tv. The remote control was hard to figure out. I
