Liked: From the front desk london was a angel. She even made suggestions of things to do around town.And made sure we had everything we needed. After we went to our room we had seen her later. She remembered our name and made sure our room was what we wanted. Then the kitchen was great, we had breakfast from the menu and also had the hamburgers. Shawnesy took care of us. The food was great. she also made suggestions of things to do around town and wanted to know if we needed anything and if our room and stay were ok. Ive been to many places. Bit this one made you feel at home.

Disliked: Everything elseThis was the worst hotel ever .Money hungry, and they don't care about anything else.I'll start with my booking. I booked on booking.com and paid 230 a night. Once we got there, we asked to have another night booked. They said because we booked through a third party, we would have to book with them.... WELL, DUAH ... YOU THINK.... THAT'S WHAT I WAS ASKING... .. ok well yes they said we can put you in another room on that night for 360 bucks... umm ok, that's fine.... so once that day came, we went down to the desk, and the lady says, your all good.. we charged the 360.... ok.. so we go to check out, and she tells us we owe 475 and I'm like, WTF? O NO, I DONT... YOU SAID 360..... ANYWAY, I had to pay 431 and then they go behind our backs and make another charge and get even more money and made a 40 dollar bounce check from our bank so we were 80 dollars under in our account. Yeah, a BIG F@#$ YOU TO US FROM THEMNow I'll tell you how the hotel was and how it wasn't even worth 100 dollars a night.The one elevator was broke or turned off, so you wait forever to go up or down ....The door to the balcony was bowed out, and a big enough space through the Crack let bugs in, not to mention the noise that kelpt us up all night.There was never any hot water. We had to shower in look worm the cold them worm the cold as we showered.When you eat food.... the dishes were all dirty... we had to go buy paper plates.The coffee maker in the room was broken and had mold in it.The refrigerator did not keep things cold what so ever....
