Liked: Liked pool and hot tub, proximity to MGM and pleasant river walk park nearby. Loved having Pizzeria Uno actually connected, and enjoyed the live music we heard there.
Disliked: Only one complaint about the stay, and this is not specifically 100% the hotel’s fault- really hated lack of availability of luggage carts to help get bags up to/down from the room. Happy to do it myself, but found it totally unacceptable that the property could own several (6?) racks for guests’ use but there aren’t any actually available. The desk staff was sympathetic, but unable to do anything- they informed me they are frequently“hoarded” by other guests that think it’s okay to keep them in their room for their entire stay. Has to be a way to fix that, but unfortunately it will likely turn the simple act of procuring a luggage cart for quick use into a chore, involving a sign out/in. A sign posted in the lobby near where the carts are supposed to be explaining what really shouldn’t have to be explained obviously won’t help or work with these oh so polite cart hoarding guests, it would probably act more as a suggestion to absolutely keep one to the type of person that would keep it for themselves in the first place.Maybe the the way to handle the situation in this particular location going forward would be to keep the racks behind the desk, and make them available upon request only, with s sign in and out , keeping some sort of collateral to ensure timely return. Shame you’d have to do it, as it doesn’t seem especially welcoming, but unfortunately guess that’s what you need to do here with this demographic . Can’t believe I was so upset by this , but it really burned me that that many people would be so rude - I am always lickety split when using a hotel cart and am sure to return immediately. Again, this is obviously not the hotel staff’s direct fault, but I got the distinct impression in discussing with the desk staff that this is an ongoing struggle in this location, and that I was not the only one to ask. To improve everyone’s access to cart use, I suggest they’re signed out and in.

Disliked: Room AC temp was not changeable! You could not raise it or lower it, the temp was locked and on auto, it could not be left on fto cool the room completely
