Liked: Swimming pool & hot tub

Liked: Breakfast was fine, but it seem too complicated to allow people to order made-to-order meals in addition to the buffet. People just want a waffle, eggs, etc. Easier to have a waffle machine people can use themselves.
Disliked: Staff seemed stressed. They were short with each other and with customers. The front desk staff seemed particularly stressed and aggrieved. Hotel itself seems to need some renovating. Wall paper was peeling in the room and bathroom. Very dark color scheme with the paint which made the overall vibe feel dated and dark.

Cheap, but there's a reason...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is close to the basketball hall of fame..
Disliked: The carpet was wet from the air conditioner dripping, creating a 20 sq. ft. unusable space. The bathroom was tiny. The bedding was very old and outdated. The pool was closed without any mention on the website, or we wouldn't have even stayed here.

Wonderful vacation

Liked: Location to everything. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
