Passable

Pleasant

Serviceable, but I would avoid.

Liked: Good location, ample parking.
Disliked: I couldn't get the attention of the staff so I could check in. I went to dinner and came back a second time to get checked in, and it still took half an hour, even though nobody was in line. Staff was hard to come by. Disruptive guests were bellowing in the lobby area, "partying" and milling about in a large group as if at the bar, during my second attempt to check in. It was difficult to hear the staff over the yelling. The staff member agreed that their behavior was disruptive. "These kids..." (They were mostly young adults in their 20s). A young woman was wandering around the entrance on the day I left, acting strange and talking to herself. She appeared to be under the influence of drugs. When I checked out an hour later or so, I saw her being loaded into an ambulance.

Bad

Liked: This place is nasty.

I would stay again

Liked: Little to no noise from rooms next door and from hallway.
Disliked: A hotter shower would have been nice. The water was at least warm.

Disliked: Cabinet side was peeling. Tub did not seem too clean. Carpet down halls were loose and dirty looking. Hotel hot tub did not work. Elevator was not working. Room hot tub had no power in the jets. It was just another fancy shape tub.

The hotel was very clean with a friendly staff.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and it was a great place to stay. It was a good value for the cost of the room. We appreciated the cleanliness of the facility.
Disliked: The pool was out of commission. Mechanical malfunctions happen through no fault of the hotel.
