Liked: When we fly out of Spokane this hotel is our 1st choice. Weve stayed here on 10 different occasions and like the hotel for its convenient location and free shuttle service to the airport.

Disliked: Be nice if had a Noon check out time as some times we do not get there till fairly late,

Disappointing

Disliked: The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on the pillows have no form to them. There was nasty hairs all over the toilet when we got there. Room was cold and heat didn't work. The price for one night was outrageous for the lack of sleep. I would have been better off going and sleeping in my car.

Liked: The two queens room I selected was much more spacious than I thought it would be. It was also right across the street from a gas station, and 5 minutes away from the airport.
Disliked: If anything, the bathroom was on the small side. I did not like that the bath towels were shelved inside the tub area where it could potentially get wet while showering.

Very peaceful and comfortable

Liked: Rooms and particularly the walkin shower was a great feature
Disliked: I dont know if you take on asylum families but the lobby was full of what looked like asylum people and the younger ones were tearing around the checking in area Nothing wrong with helping a soul out but these folks seemed a bit out of hand
