Other than the pet fee,...

Liked: Location and room were great.
Disliked: A $75 additional fee for one night for a well behaved, golden retriever is a very expensive charge. This is one of my favorite hotels, but I will not stay there again when accompanied by my dog - and most of my travels include him - as that fee is too extreme. Traveling back and forth across the country I paid $25 at several hotels for a dog fee, and no fee at other hotels - but the $75 at this hotel is too extreme.

Not worth the price

Liked: The staff was very nice. The children really liked the pool.
Disliked: The sheets in the room had stains on them. There was urine on the toilet, which was there when we walked in. The beds were not the most comfortable. The majority of the television channels did not work.

Never again!

Liked: The location and the Bistro staff were the best part of my stay.
Disliked: My bathroom ceiling was leaking I reported it and they attempted to fix it. However, nobody came in to clean up the water. So, I did it. The next day I came in from work and my bathroom was flooded again and maintenance came again and again no one came to clean up the mess but maintenance did get me extra towels. I also reported that the microwave did not work. I went to work the next day and came back to my room and again bathroom was flooded I went to the front desk to see what the status was and she said we need to move you. And offered to buy me dinner at the Bistro and that is all she could do because I Booked my Room through Booking.com. I will not be returning to that Hotel in the future. Management never reached out to me either. I was very disappointed with the customer service I received!

Disappointing

Disliked: The hotel was priced like a 4-star hotel and the facilities were more like a 2 star motel. The walls were super thin and you could hear every noise from the other rooms. The lobby and elevators were shabby and run down.
