Disliked: Every was nice and the cleaning lady Jessica kept my room clean and made sure coffee and tea was refilled. My stay was very nice.

I am really disappointed about...

Liked: Close to other restaurants.
Disliked: Both indoor and outdoor pools were closed, we were never informed! We should have been informed prior to arriving. We had kids with us and not booked here because you had two pools! Our room was never cleaned for our entire stay! I ask for more towels, I had to go down to the front desk to get them. We are charged for parking?!?! Why isn’t this included in the room charge?

Convenient Hotel Location

Liked: There is a parking fee that was not shared prior to booking. The parking lot is open spaced and not even secured. The buffet breakfast was ok. The staff were nice.

Let people know your pool...

Liked: The rooms were clean. Good location. I did enjoy the breakfast. Not a large selection, but tasted good.
Disliked: Pool was not opened for summer. Inside bar area was not open. And seems like it hasn't been for a while. Pictures on website showed both of these amenities. I found the tub not to have a flat bottom, but rounded edges and hard to keep your balance when wet and showering. Especially for someone older. No bathroom fan.

Good quality hotel, but not...

Liked: The room was nice and the location to our destination was convenient. The room was clean and had good space
Disliked: The hotel had us checking in at 4, we arrived, and Booking has my name backwards, so we were told we had no reservation, but once looking at my booking account, it was resolved using my first name as my last name. Once checked in, we had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready due to the staff not having the rooms cleaned or ready. The hotel had multiple events and bookings, but not the staffing to accommodate it and have enough rooms ready for guests coming to check in.
