Liked: The easy check in the cleanliness and polite staff.
Disliked: I have no complaints about our stay. I would like to add though that Our son has moved in the area and we will be staying often. I would love to see a price special for people who stay often. That would really help.I also think there should be rooms that are and have been pet free since Ken is allergic to cats and dogs.Although the rooms are very clean, the dander that gets in the furniture and bedding is what people are allergic to. Other than that The hotel is a very comfortable place to stay. Thanks for listening,Donna

Disliked: Had ice cream! No freezer!

Good location but not recommended

Liked: Loud AC, either too cold or too warm. Mattress is too soft making your back hurt. Taxes are charged twice and no response from the hotel for over a week!

Liked: This hotel is great. Super clean, comfortable, and in a central location to what we went to visit.
Disliked: They advertise an indoor pool. That was one of the reasons we chose this place for our stay, as it is March and wanted something else for our kids to do. The indoor pool is closed with no opening date. We were not made aware of this until we arrived.

Liked: I was very comfortable. My daughter and granddaughters felt very safe.The young man at the front desk was very pleasant,couteous and patient.
Disliked: I didn't stay long enough to enjoy the hotel.I had to check out at 7:00 A.M.But we slept well!I don't like the fact that we have to have pay for your buffet breakfast.
