Disliked: Not enough towels, when I called to ask for more I was told I would have to go get them they didn’t have staff to bring them up to the room. One day the room did not get cleaned. There were bags of garbage (food) left in the hallway overnight. Room lamps were dusty.

The staff was not welcoming.
Disliked: The staff. The waitress at breakfast to be exact. I was told by the receptionist that breakfast was complimentary when checking in. At breakfast, I was greeted and asked would I like to have the buffet breakfast as her arm pointed towards the hot food station. She left me with the expression that cold food was free and the hot food at $13. I told her no thanks, grab a muffins and fruits. She later placed a bill on the table. I told her that receptionist told me that breakfast was free and I didn’t grab any hot food from the buffet station. She explain that the $13 buffet was for everything, and if denied, I have to pay for the individual food I have in a combative tone. As if she expected me have an unpleasant attitude to her explanation. I wish she would have explained it in detail when she first greeted me. I probably would have walked to IHOP. I added my name, signature, and room number to the bill and left. I heard the waitress yelling asking the receptionist to have me go back to the breakfast area. She assumed that I walked off without paying for the food. As soon as the receptionist asked me to go back, we both her the cashier say “nevermind”. Why would she assume I left without paying my $6 or $8bill? She could have open the bill to see if I signed it before jumping to conclusions. What a way to treat the guest. At arrival, the receptionist tried to charge me for a room I already paid for. He said that it’s not paid for and guest paid at arrival. I went into my emails to find the receipt, then he said that the room is paid for and stated to put my card on file for a $50 hold. The whole exchange is awkward. The staff was not welcoming and I would never stay there again and probably wouldn’t stay at Hilton as a whole. The waitress was of African descent, elderly, 5ft 3in ish, with short hair and wears glasses. She was so unkind to me.
