Liked: room was deplorable and manager charged me for entire stay when I checked out early.
Disliked: room had stains on pillows, room was dirty, stains on ceiling, behind toilet

Liked: The location is pretty good.
Disliked: When we arrived, we asked if we could get a room on the first floor, but the person at the desk said there was nothing available… The first room we were in had a problem with the air conditioner that sounded like a train so we switched rooms… ironically we were switched to the first floor, which of course I was told there wasn’t a room on, but he was obviously too lazy to look… The second room the water wasn’t draining in the bathroom sink or the shower, which was annoying… The coffee maker didn’t work well… We went to the front desk and talked to another gentleman who told us we could talk to the manager in the morning, but the manager never came in the next morning, so nothing was really resolved… It was less than satisfactory, unfortunately…

Convenient, comfortable, and well-run hotel

Liked: The hotel was clear, the room was comfortable, the staff were responsive, and the breakfast buffet was good. The location was also convenient because there are many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Recommend if visiting this part of Maryland.

Liked: The lotion was empty the body was smelled old, and only 2 towels 2 hand towels and 2 wash rags we like taking showers in the evening and then in the morning and not use a towel twice we are a married couple, the mini fridge was not cold however the place was clean and staff was great
