Bad
Liked: NOTHING
Disliked: Rooms were not available. Sold to sister agency of Hilton. They made reservations at Hampton Inn. I asked how we should get there? Answer, "I guess you will have to call a cab. At my insistence they began calling. Finally after half an hour, traveling companions called a friend who lived in Renton and they gave us a ride. Clerk kept saying, "Why are you complaining, we are paying for it." None-the less, we were billed by Hilton Garden inn for the room. No compensation and incapable staff.

Liked: location, friendly staff
Disliked: toilet has not been cleaned, had dark stains inside the bowl, stains on chair seat and back

Pleasant
Liked: Room was clean and a nice size. It is a pet friendly hotel.
Disliked: Checkin was dismissive. Paying for parking was not listed and unexpected as this location is near the airport. WiFi is not included unless you are a Hilton Honors Member.

Disappointing
Disliked: The pool wasn?t heated and the hot tub was broken and this is why he picked this hotel because we have young kids and we promised them for swimming and my daughter was so cold she couldn?t even swim for more then 5 minutes. This should of definitely been advertised before check in.

Disliked: The hot tub didn?t work and the pool was super cold but the hotel was nice and the staff were nice too

Superb
Liked: Exceptional Hotel & staff. Food was excellent. Towels & room products very good.
Disliked: Bathtub was grimy. Only negative. Rest of room was spotless.
