Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Hair in bathroom sink. Room AC unit so noisey kept me up. Hallway temperature was 78 degrees even though thermostat was set for 70. Pool was ice cold. Spa tub was empty and covered with tarp. Waitress seemed put out to have to serve breakfast. Potatoes were cold. This is pitiful compared to other Hilton hotels. I asked to have a manager call me about it.that was 5 days ago no call yet.

Liked: Breakfast no longer part of the stay. Now must pay extra. Alienates many guests, and notwithstanding, forces staff to monitor closely. We paid $54 extra for 4 people each day for cold eggs.

I could not have asked...
Liked: The staff where friendly helpful and exceptional I will stay again when in the area.One of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. I will be back.
Disliked: Nothing i am serious everything worked perfectly.I will be back and also tell my friends of this best kept secret. Great experience at staying at a hotel.

Disliked: the Wi-Fi didn’t work and the restaurant was under staffed for breakfast so we chose to eat somewhere else

Disliked: Everyone was wonderful. The only thing I would have liked better is the comfort of the bed. It was a bit too hard for me.

Wonderful stay overall
Liked: The staff was phenomenal. An issue arose (not Hiltons fault) Ricardo suggested I be patient and assured me the manager Mandy may be able to help. Not only did Mandy help, but she promptly had a solution going above & beyond ensuring everything worked out.Mandy was just stellar,and Ricardo was nothing short of amazing. Both incredibly impressive at their jobs and based on my experience Hilton would be smart not just hold on to good people like them, but these are the kind of talented people you promote.~RVP
