Horrible Experience

Disliked: I called the day before to confirm my reservation three times, and they told me they did have my reservation. On the 3rd call, they assured me that as long as I had my Booking.com confirmation number, there should be no problem. I trusted them so the next morning, we drove to Seattle 3 hrs away. When I called again before check-in, they still didn't have our reservation on file. We decided we didn't want to deal with the bullshit and decided to drive back home. They are terrible. None of the reps even offered any other room options as if they didn't want us to stay there at all. We will never book at a Hilton ever again.

Overall, my stay was great....

Liked: Cleanliness and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable to be in.
Disliked: Paying extra for parking in the hotel garage. Should be included in the price or free. But it's located right in the middle of the city so I understand their reasoning for charging.

Liked: The location of the hotel is nice and I like how the rooms are furnished
Disliked: The room wasn't clean upon my arrival (a bunch of hairs that weren't mine). Gel, shampoo and conditioner containers were almost empty. Reception staff was pretty rude when I asked them for help. I got charged for breakfast even though it was included in my stay, ans I got charged for random tips that I never agreed to. Guest dryer and washer aren't free and aren't functioning properly. Gym is really small and sauna isn't functioning.Breakfast offer is poor, needs more variety.
