Over the top in accommodating...

Liked: The staff were very accommodating. I came off of a cruise ship in the morning and a room was already ready for me. then as i checked out and walked to the taxi to be taken to the airport at 5:30 in the morning I received a change in my flight text to 4:00pm. They were so nice and let me keep my room until normal checkout and gave me another room key. Cannot be more grateful with the excellent customer care.
Disliked: the light in the bathroom mirror in 901 did not work and would not stay in place

Liked: Very clean, friendly staff
Disliked: AC made a lot of noise, parking wasn't explained well, no free breakfast and the dinner at restaurant wasn't great...very dry chicken.

Very comfortable hotel

Liked: We used this hotel while waiting for our cruise, it was very convenient as the hotel arranged a shuttle to the terminal, and the hotel's location allowed us to visit all the attractions of Seattle.
Disliked: Poor quality of scrambled eggs for breakfast.

Very convenient location, close to...

Liked: The breakfast selection is quite large, but the quality of the scrambled eggs is so-so. Very good coffee, available until midday. Very comfortable beds, large rooms, and early check-in available. And a microwave in the room!
Disliked: Quality of the scrambled eggs.
