Inconsistent, grubby, and overcharged.
Liked: The staff were friendly - though I was assured in an email beforehand the restaurant would be able to cater for celiacs. There was one breakfast option and one dinner option available, but they kept encouraging me to use the buffet - clearly, they had no idea about cross-contamination, and I think it was lucky I didn't get gluten poisoning.
Disliked: The swimming pool was disgustingly dirty - it's a small pool and it was so filthy you couldn't see from one end to the other. The hot tub 'spa' didn't work, and there was literal dirt on the the floor. The hotel overall was a bit grubby, and the beds were made inexplicably, so that the sheets came off in the night and exposed the well-used duvet. In addition, the hotel has inexplicably overcharged me by £600.

Solid hotel with great pool...
Liked: Pool and hot tub along with the restaurant
Disliked: Room was beat up, mold in the shower, carpet has gashes in it overall for the price not as pristine as I’d imagine it would be

Disliked: Breakfast should be complimentary, if you choose a specialty item you should pay, but for buffet, no charge

Hilton - Seattle downtown
Liked: Spa and swimming pool was nice. Location was amazing. Room was basic but ok.
Disliked: Breakfast was included but nobody told us that we could choose from menu. Also, the cleaning lady didn't make our bed. Wifi was a bit slow but did the job

Over the top in accommodating...
Liked: The staff were very accommodating. I came off of a cruise ship in the morning and a room was already ready for me. then as i checked out and walked to the taxi to be taken to the airport at 5:30 in the morning I received a change in my flight text to 4:00pm. They were so nice and let me keep my room until normal checkout and gave me another room key. Cannot be more grateful with the excellent customer care.
Disliked: the light in the bathroom mirror in 901 did not work and would not stay in place
