Weirdos working there and rude

Disliked: The housekeeping tried to enter my room while I was in the shower. They began opening my door until I started yelling even though there was the “do not disturb sign”. After yelling not to come in, they tried to come in AGAIN and started yelling AT ME. I told them I was not dressed and they still kept arguing with me. I felt super uncomfortable and I called the front desk. No apology was given and the front desk was super rude.

Confortable stay close to SEATAC

Liked: The hotel is conveniently situated near the SEATAC airport. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport. Breakfast had so many varieties. They have complimentary tea / coffee in the room.

Great for a comfortable sleep...

Liked: The room was fairly spacious and had some nice amenities. The bar/restaurant area was pleasant and there were lots of people in there. The shuttle was timely and quick to the airport for our early morning flight. We left our car in the parking garage during our trip and paid an outside party for the privilege - it seemed secure and well lit.
Disliked: The front desk got backed up a few times. The driveway is easy to miss and on a busy street.

Great stay! Will be back

Liked: Location is super quick to SeaTac. 24 hr service with Hilton’s airport shuttle made things less complicated
