Disliked: Booking.com charged me for prepaid breakfast and Hilton had no record. Questioned it at check in why no coupon and they said changed process. Assured me I was fine. In the morning they said no record and failed to help. Not their problem.

Liked: Room was nice.
Disliked: We were left at the light rail drop off at midnight waiting for a shuttle and after two calls and failed communication we walked 1.2 miles from SeaTac to the hotel with my children . Saw a guy with a bat . Not my idea of fun. And they really did not seem that concerned about us when we arrived .

Overnight layover stay at the...

Liked: Overall it was great for an overnight layover, close to the airport. We appreciated the free shuttle service to and from.
Disliked: The bathroom was not as clean as I would hope. The toilet was still slightly dirty on the seat.

Liked: We had to depart before a shipment arrived but the front desk staff agreed to receive the package until a friend could pick it up later.
Disliked: We asked for a rollaway bed, which we received, for our first of two stays in April. When we asked the front desk to arrange the same for our second stay, we were told that it was against safety regulations. Fine, but we were made to feel as if we had done something wrong--it was unpleasant.
