Liked: The room and the staff.Even though renovations were in progress, the staff made my stay pleasant.Tifany and Jason.
Disliked: There were dogs on my floor. No breakfast.

Liked: The room was very nice and clean.
Disliked: Facility was under renovation. The website listed a pool which site did not have. There was an incident at 3AM on 7/27 which led to the fire department being called. No staff available to assist customers on what needed to be done except for the alert system. The front desk stated we could return to our room, but the fire department stated that we could not until facility had been checked.

Exceptional

Liked: The location and staff was friendly and professional
Disliked: Request room to be clean but it wasn’t

Pleasant

Disliked: Toilet did not work properly Not sufficient parking, when asked about parking front desk said do the best you can. Not sure what that meant. Either you have parking or not.

Never again

Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: Under construction, no hot water, no ac in hallways, smelled like pot, dirty halls.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and nice.
Disliked: Nothing was wrong with the property

Liked: Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning in room works great, however, the hallways did not have air.
Disliked: Pool has been filled in with dirt. Description still lists a pool.
