Hilton Garden Inn Saskatoon Downtown

The room had a mattress that was adjustable; instructions for how to use it properly should be on the side table. We did not have a great sleep on the mattress - woke up with sore backs.

Liked: Room was comfortable and clean; front counter staff very friendly.
Disliked: Not impressed with dining restaurant - food wasn't good for price paid.

Great service; nice rooms.

Liked: The snack shop and variety of places to eat in the building was good.

Smelled like dog.

Liked: Great location as we went for a show at the TCU and it was across the street
Disliked: The room smelled like dog. The floors were dirty, the headboard on bed was dirty. I don’t like dogs, my husband is allergic to dogs and I would prefer they asked if it was ok to put us in a pet friendly room. Had stayed here many times before but likely won’t in the future

None of the vending machines were working.Pre warned there was a SEVERE nut allergy and had nuts on the bed Property is unsafe due to downtown clients- they had no security patrolling the parking lots nor the lobby

Only stayed 1 night, thankfully....

Disliked: It has aged and requires a lot of updates. Required to pay for parking which should be included in the high price of the rooms. Bed was uncomfortable, the furniture is worn very badly and needs to be replaced.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: Way overpriced for what we got. $295 for a small cramped room, the in room fridge didn’t work, fittings loose and ready to fall off the wall.

Tried it, won't be back...

Disliked: beds were hard, side doors aren't accessible from outside and had to only use front doors, walls thin - could hear partying in next room and hallway, expensive parking!
